You may have noticed I've been MIA for a few weeks........well LIFE got a little hectic/crazy for us.
My hubby got transferred a few weeks ago and the following week we put our house on the market, finished up laying the sprinkler system, laid 6000 sq ft of sod and a few days later got a full price offer!!
It's hard work just to keep the house spotless for showings so it allowrd NO time for crafting or blogging...BOO!
Funny thing the couple that bought our home work for the Railroad...and I'm positive it was the TRAIN on my Art Activity wall that got us a full price offer on our house...LOL
We have been house hunting and we just put an offer on an older home with a few acres so I can have my dream chicken coop!!
I will post our 'NEW' home soon....the house is a blank canvas and I can't wait to share all the wonderful decor I have running thru my mind!
Hmmmm.....I'm thinking I might need to write up a 'How to Pack' tutorial...LOL

Congrats! That is great news to sell so fast...I agree that your activity wall could have been the deal closer... it is fantastic!
best of luck dear!! :)
Congrats on the fast sell. I know we had to sit on our house in Sheridan a while before it sold. I bet you are sad to leave! As for the packing tutorial- I could probably write that one for you. After 7 moves in 9 years of marriage, I have become an expert. After the last move, I have learned that while a hired packing/moving company seems convenient, it is MUCH better to do the packing yourself!!! Unless you enjoy chaos & un-organization. Good Luck!
Wow Congrats is most in order!! And holly smoke do you know how lucky you are to have sold that quick - AWESOME... We have lost inet for almost 2 months and we are back up and running and can now follow your blog again - yips....

Wow! Congratulations! Your house was so pretty! I'm sure your new one will be just as pretty, if not better!

Well that would explain why we haven't seen you down at the Whitney Sprayground lately.....We will miss you!
Wow... didn't you luck out?! You did so much to your house in those 6 mths that I can't believe you are already moving! But I can't wait to see what you do to your new house! Good luck with everything!
Congratulations again! I'm so happy it's working out so well for you all! :) I can't imagine the stress and worry you must have had about wanting to sell so quickly!
Good news! All the best in packing up and settling into your new place.
Out of curiosity... I remember you lived in Wyoming. Are you still going to be there or are you moving out of state? My husband and I live in FL and are looking to move to Wyoming or Colorado.
Good luck on the move and keep your sanity during all that packing!
Weeeellllll!! Amazing stuff! It's great that your house sold so quickly and at full price; It's fab that you also found a new home so quickly too.
But, with all those wonderful projects and a new house you built yourselves, I wonder if you have mixed feelings about moving. Not sure I could bear to leave it all... But then, you said your new home is a blank canvas - and you will obviously take the furniture and belongings with you... so it's just a chance to carry on creating I suppose!
I wish you both luck and happiness in your new home - and your husband's new workplace. Are you moving far?
Oh, double congrats! Once for selling so quick and another for finding the right house already. Sounds like a great adventure going on right now!
Congrats!!! Can't wait to see pics of the new house!!!
WOW!... so glad it all worked out for you!

Oh well, you are so lucky to have sold your home! The train artwork looks really cute! That's probably the factor that made the buyer decide to buy your house. Haha! Cheers to you, Michell! :)

For real? This house is already sold? Whoever bought it is so lucky! It's just 6 months old and it still looks newly built and furnished. You should post pictures of your new home, by the way. That will be exciting! =)

Well, I wouldn't be surprised if you got to sell this house right away. You did a good job in keeping it spotless. That must have been the reason why they bought your house. Well, in any case, goodluck with your new home.
